NOD — No Off Days (“NOD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates nooffdays.com and the membership facility located in Alpharetta, Georgia. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do and don’t do with it.

We’ve written this in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, contact us at access@nooffdays.com and we’ll explain it.

The short version

We collect your name, email, phone number, and what you’re training toward — because you gave it to us when you asked about membership. We use it to respond to you, tell you when we open, and follow up about joining.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers. We have no interest in doing so, and we don’t make money from your data. Ask us to delete it and we will.

1 · Information you give us

When you submit an application or interest form, we collect:

If you become a member, we’ll collect additional information necessary to administer your membership — billing details, emergency contact, and health or waiver information as required. That information is handled under this policy and any separate membership agreement you sign.

2 · Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our site records limited technical information when you visit:

This is used to understand how the site performs and to keep it secure. We don’t use it to build advertising profiles.

3 · Why we use your information

We use what you give us to:

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4 · Text messages and calls

If you give us your mobile number, you agree we may contact you by phone call and text message about your application and membership, including through automated systems.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing texts does not prevent us from contacting you about an active membership or a transaction you’ve initiated.

Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of membership.

5 · Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers who help us operate — and only to the extent they need it to do that job. Each is bound to protect it and use it for no other purpose.

Currently that includes:

ProviderPurpose
[HOSTING PROVIDER]Website hosting
Formidable Forms (on our own site)Form submissions, stored in our website database
ZapierMoving form submissions into our member management system

[EMAIL / SMS PROVIDER]Sending email and text messages
[ANALYTICS, if used]Website usage measurement

We may also disclose information if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of NOD, our members, or others.

What we will never do:

We have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the preceding twelve months, and we have no plans to.

6 · Cookies

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functions — remembering preferences, keeping the site secure, and measuring performance.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling them may affect how parts of the site work.

[IF USING ANALYTICS OR ADVERTISING COOKIES, DESCRIBE THEM HERE AND ADD A CONSENT BANNER]

7 · How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as needed for the purposes described here:

You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See below.

8 · Your choices and rights

Regardless of where you live, you may ask us to:

To exercise any of these, email access@nooffdays.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first.

Unsubscribing: every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. For texts, reply STOP.

California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the other rights apply and are exercised through the same email above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Visitors from the EU or UK: we process your information on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry. You may withdraw consent at any time and have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

9 · Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls limiting who can view it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

10 · Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact access@nooffdays.com and we will delete it.

[IF OFFERING YOUTH PROGRAMS, THIS SECTION NEEDS REWRITING]

11 · Links to other sites

Our site may link to sites we don’t operate. We’re not responsible for their privacy practices, and we’d encourage you to read their policies.

12 · Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. If the change significantly affects how we use information you’ve already given us, we’ll notify you directly.
